First impression

Have you noticed how important the first impression of another person is?

If a person - a job applicant, for example - makes an unfavourable first impression, you will instinctively seek this bad impression confirmed in the subsequent communication. The point of departure is based on negativity. A very serious barrier has been established.

If, however, the first impression is positive, you will seek that confirmed - and the mental door is open. Scary, isn't it?
