Courses on how to work with the Danes

We offer a wide range of services that enable non-Danes to communicate and work in Denmark, making use of their personal, professional and national competencies. We link different skills and qualifications so as to enable what we call GlobalCompetence.
Danes see themselves as easy-going and informal. Others may see them as rude, unsmiling and formalistic. Neither is of course entirely true. What is true, though, is that Danes love it when others show interest in them. This goes for their tricky language, their sense of humour and their ability to negotiate.
If you win their trust and confidence, you may well end up having business partners you can count on for many years. That is what our training programmes are about. This is how we work:
